We do not stock or sell merchandise. We simply are a guide to some of the best deals that are available on the Web.
I have a problem with a merchant that I found through your site, can you help?
We cannot resolve a problem that you have directly with a merchant since we are not a party in the fulfillment process. We would like to know if you are having a problem, however, so we can try and help the situation, and also remove any offers or merchants from our site that are not being fulfilled or that are problematic.
What are Daily Deals?
These are the most current offers on all types of merchandise. Daily deals are updated frequently, and the offers may not last very long. You are encouraged to watch the daily deals closely and act quickly to get the best deals that are available.
What are Store Deals?
Store deals are exclusive promotions, coupons, and offers from selected merchants on the Web. To view the Store Deals simply click on the store you are interested in on the right navigation bar to view what each store has to offer.
Why do I have to do stuff to get some of the freebies?
Many of the free offers and promotions require participation on your part. You may need to follow a set of conditions or requirements to get the free item that is guaranteed.
The deal that I clicked on is no longer available
Unfortunately the deals listed on this site do not last forever. Some deals last longer than others, but most have a time limit or expiration date. If you have clicked on a link and the offer is no longer available, or you are taken to a different offer, chances are that it has expired. The solution is to browse the same category for a similar or newer deal, or to search the site for similar offers.
What is the TikiDeal newsletter?
The TikiDeal newsletter is a period e-mail based newsletter that is mailed out to offer you the best deals and offers for merchandise on the Web. You are automatically enrolled to receive it when you register with the site.
How do I receive the TikiDeal newsletter?
You must first register for the newsletter and then you will be enrolled to receive the newsletter.
How do I cancel the TikiDeal newsletter?
There are 2 different ways you can end your subscription to the TikiDeal newsletter:
- Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter that is emailed to you
- Unregister yourself from the newsletter by sending us an e-mail.
Please note that when you cancel your newsletter subscription, your site membership will be cancelled as well and you will not be able to post comments any longer.
I can’t open any deals, when I click nothing happens?
Our links to deals and offers usually open in a new window, so please make sure that your browser or pop up blocking software will allow new windows to open for TikiDeal. Also the deals are sometimes linked by the large images and usually say ‘click here’ or something similar, so if there is no link please click on the images or banner graphics.
